Design, for me, transcends beyond the realm of a mere occupation. It is a fervent passion that fuels my daily creativity and commitment to producing exceptional work. Well, Ana is not just a very good professional, but she is a kind, patient and very polite person. She is calm and positive and any communication you will have with her will be held in a positive manner, and this is a very good thing. She manages the stress very well (especially during the Black Friday period) and she is delivering qualitative and remarkable work. She is curious and she wants to improve her skills and have strong arguments for what she is doing. I love working with Ana, and I like a lot that she knows how to take the feedback and to provide the right improvements when necessary. She understands very easy the tasks, what she needs to do and she is having a secret power: to be able to adapt to every situation. She likes a lot the positive environments, and happy people. You will have a lot of things to learn from her knowledge but, also, from her friendly behavior. I am really happy that she is part of my team. Being focused on an iterative design process and prioritizing professionalism, wanting as many details as possible in order to deliver the right product combined with creativity I found my experiences with Ana to be fun rather than work.
